Started by two lactation consultants—mother and daughter—Limerick has helped working moms meet their breastfeeding goals while easing their transition back to work for over 25 years.
We work closely with companies, hospitals, parents and lactation professionals, listening and learning about modern parenting and motherhood as we’ve evolved into a more complete product and services oriented company.We’ve also helped legislatures create sensible regulations that help breastfeeding mothers as they make their way through airports around the country.
Our commitment to support breastfeeding has led to the development of a thoughtful line of breast pumps utilizing our breakthrough ComforTouch™ technology that mimics a baby’s natural nursing action of compression and vacuum. Limerick was also the first to offer a hospital grade, closed system electric pump for home use that greatly decreases the possibility of contamination that could compromise mother’s milk.
At Limerick, we use our experience as parents, business owners and vocal breastfeeding advocates so families can choose breastmilk as their baby’s exclusive source of nutrition with a minimum of obstacles to a mother’s freedom, independence, and the need for a work/life/parenting balance.
